Utrez 10 (Carbomer) is an easy gelling agent for making crystal-clear gel products, such as alcohol hand sanitizing gel and beauty gel masks, due to its rheology modifying and suspending properties.

Ultrez 10 is a cross-linked polyacrylic acid that is polymerized in a toxicologically preferred co-solvent system. It offers short flow, non-drip, self-wetting, and low dusting properties.

Recommended Usage: 0.5 - 2% for any formulation.

How to use:
• Sprinkle polymer on the surface of the water and allow it to self-wet
• Gently stir; avoid the high sheering process. 
• The thickening property peaks at pH 6.5-7.0, Adjust the pH to achieve the preferred thickness for your product.
• Low salt tolerance. High content of salts will cause this gelling agent to fail.
