Hexylresorcinol (HR) is a powerful skin-lightening ingredient in fighting hyperpigmentation concerns with anti-aging and antioxidant properties. According to clinical studies, HR is four times more effective than Hydroquinone(HQ), yet safer and without HQ's cytotoxicity. Multiple clinical studies demonstrated HR's strong performance in skin brightening and hyper-pigmentation control for all phototypes with anti-aging benefits.

HR is a level 2 DIY ingredient. It is highly soluble in PEG-8, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Isosorbide Dicaprylate, Ethyl Linoleate, Ethoxydiglycol, Butylene Glycol, and other high-polarity esters, non-ionic solubilizers, glycerol, and a wide range of glycols.

It can be easily used for a pigment correction oil serum

Not recommended to be used with ethanol
