Sqalane, Olive Squalane Vegan Squalane

Squalene is found naturally in the sebum of human skin and is believed to lubricate and protect skin. Squalane is the stable form of squalene and is widely used as a conditioner, emollient, and carrier oil in cosmetic formulations. It is oil soluble and can be easily blended into oils to make blends, emulsions, and conditioners. It is an elegant emollient with exceptional spreading properties and skin absorption that can be used in emulsions, balms, facial serums and massage oils, or as a carrier for essential oils.

Our squalane is made from olive oil. It is lighter and more stable than olive oil. No solvent was used in this process.
